At TippmannParts, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all manuals and accessories to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in a shipping box, write your RMA number clearly on the outside, and send it to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
